We are located just a few hundred metres from the Manchester orbital motorway the M60 at junction 22 and the site provides an excellent location for commuters from a wide area.
We are in a prominent main position on the A62 at a major junction. Manchester City Centre, Oldham, Rochdale, Ashton and other town centres are just a few minutes’ drive away. Manchester International Airport is just 20 minutes away, and the Metrolink extension – again just a few minutes from the site. The site also benefits from being on a high frequency bus corridor, providing services every few minutes to and from Manchester and Oldham.
HOW IT STARTED
Formerly known as Vale Mill and initially built as a cotton mill in the 19th century, Chamber Business Centre was eventually bought by Stanley J. Holmes in the 1940s and was eventually converted into a wallpaper manufacturing facility with over three thousand employees on site.
In 2006, the site was then purchased by the Cross Group. The owners gathered together an experienced management team which shaped Chambers Business Centre, welcoming its first occupiers in 2008. Since opening, the centre has enjoyed very high-occupancy levels and continues to strive to be the best multi-occupancy business centre around Oldham. Chambers Business Centre guarantees active hands-on approach from day-to-day management to ensuring a comfortable and stress-free working environment.

Safety & Welfare – it complies with the latest fire regulations, as well as the requirements for the disabled. It also has extensive fire detection and signalling system, covering all areas which is remotely monitored via a 24/7 manned control centre.

The site has offices of sizes varying from small, medium and large ranging in sizes between 120ft2 to 5,000ft2 and manufacturing, warehousing and workshops from 150ft2 to 10,000ft2. We know our prices are extremely competitive and space is available on flexible license or lease terms.
