Chambers Business Centre offers a range of facilities to make your business operate much more efficiently.
CAR PARKING
The centre is built on a 6 acre site with ample car parking. All areas are floodlit at night and covered by CCTV.
SECURITY
The centre has been designed with security in mind as this is important to all businesses. All units are fitted with their own alarm system which is linked to a 24/7 manned control room. After hours licenced security staff carry out patrols and lockdown the site.
RECEPTION
Our Reception is open from 09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday. The office provides the main contact point for staff and visitors.
LOADING AREA
The centre has a number of loading bays for the occupiers.
BREAK OUT AREAS
A luxury communal break out area is available with a Balcony & French Doors overlooking the site. Vending machines provide cold drinks plus a range of snacks & confectionary products.
TELECOMMUNICATION
We appreciate that telecommunications are the lifeline of businesses. Each office has its own internal cabling network providing voice and data services.
We already have a lease line fibre installed within the centre, allowing a full range of voice and data services at additional cost to your bespoke requirements.

DISABLED FACILITIES
The centre complies with the requirements of the DDA (Disability Discrimination Act). All areas have ramped access, and we have disabled toilets in all areas.
SAFETY & WELFARE
The centre has an extensive fire detection and signalling system, covering all areas which is remotely monitored via a 24/7 manned control centre.
MEETING ROOMS/CONFERENCE ROOM
We have a number of rooms available for meetings, trainings and presentations. The rooms have Wi-Fi access, LCD screen, white boards, flip charts and we can supply a projector and screen if required.
FREE WI-FI
Free Wi-Fi ensuring that all attendees can stay connected, access online resources, share files, and collaborate online without any connectivity issues. This is particularly beneficial for presentations, video conferencing, and real-time collaboration during meetings.
