FACILITIES
Chambers Business Centre offers a range of facilities to make your tenancy more comfortable and flexible. Our prime location also provides free parking, with easy access to the M60 motorway, Junction 22.
CAR PARKING
The centre is built on a 6 acre site with ample car parking. All areas are floodlit at night and covered by CCTV.
SECURITY
The centre has been designed with security in mind as we realise this is so important to all businesses. All units are fitted with their own alarm system which is linked to a 24/7 manned control room. After hours licenced security staff carry out patrols and lockdown the site, and we have response staff available to respond to out of hours incidents.
RECEPTION
Our Reception office open from 9:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday. The office provides the main contact point for staff and visitors.
LOADING AREA
The centre has a number of loading bays for the occupiers.
BREAKOUT AREAS
A communal break area is available on the top floor. This is where some of the vending machines are also located. The area is designed for everyone to use as an area to allow staff to have a break from the office.
TELECOMMUNICATION
We appreciate that telecommunications are the life blood of modern businesses. Each office has its own internal cabling network to provide voice and data services to desks.
DISABLED FACILITIES
The centre complies with the requirements of the DDA (Disability Discrimination Act). All areas have ramped access, and we have disabled toilets in all areas.
MEETING ROOMS/CONFERENCE ROOM
We have a number of rooms available for meetings, trainings and presentations. The rooms have Wi-Fi access, LCD screen, white boards, flip charts and we can supply a projector and screen if required.
FREE WI-FI
Free Wi-Fi at no extra cost, ensuring that all attendees can stay connected, access online resources, share files, and collaborate online without any connectivity issues. This is particularly beneficial for presentations, video conferencing, and real-time collaboration during meetings.
